Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

By participating in the Abrand Jeans Tall & Petite Community Casting Shoot (“Campaign”), participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

This campaign is designed to celebrate real people within the Abrand community who are aspiring to feature in a global brand campaign. Selected participants will take part in a photoshoot and/or video content capture for use across Abrand marketing channels.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

Be aged 18 years or over

Be available on the confirmed shoot date and location

Have provided accurate sizing and personal details

Be comfortable being photographed and filmed by Abrand social team and photographer

Abrand reserves the right to select participants at its discretion.

3. Participation

By attending the shoot, participants agree to:

Arrive on time and follow all reasonable direction from the Abrand team

Conduct themselves respectfully and professionally on set

Participate in both photo and social video content capture, unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Content Usage & Rights

By participating, you grant Abrand Jeans a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your image, likeness, voice, and content captured during the shoot.

This includes (but is not limited to):

Paid Advertising Usage

Abrand may use all content featuring you in paid digital advertising for a period of up to 12 months from the date of first publication.

Organic Usage

Organic usage (e.g. social posts, website, brand archives) may be used in perpetuity
No additional compensation will be provided for this usage unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Image Selection & Editing

Abrand retains full creative control over:
Final image/video selection
Editing, cropping, retouching and formatting
Captioning and context of use
Participants will not have approval rights over final content.

6. Wardrobe & Styling

Participants may be styled in Abrand product and/or their own wardrobe
