Orders placed before 9am AEDT on a business day will usually be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will usually be processed and dispatched on the following business day. While we'll do our best to process your order to the above timeframe, delays can be expected during high volume times following public holidays and online events.
All orders are shipped from Abrand Jeans in Australia through Australia Post and SEKO Omniparcel. We will send you a shipment notification with tracking information as soon as order has been shipped. Once you have received your shipment notification, you can track your order with your supplied tracking link. For more information on delivery timeframes, please refer to the Australia Post website here.
Our shipping charges do not include any potential import taxes and duties to international locations. Customers are responsible for payment of such charges and Abrand Jeans cannot calculate these prior to delivery.
