HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?

Simply shop and select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout and sign in to or create an Afterpay account to complete your order.

Your order is processed as normal, Afterpay will pay on your behalf and your order will be processed and dispatched as normal. First-time customers provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase.

WHO CAN USE AFTERPAY?

Afterpay is available to all people who:

- Are at least 18 years old;
- Live in Australia;
- Are capable of entering into a legally binding contract;
- Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number; and
- Use an Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN AFTERPAY ACCOUNT?

To apply for an Afterpay account, simply select Afterpay at checkout when completing your purchase or you can apply directly on the Afterpay website.
Subject to approval, this process takes only seconds and after approval, you can complete your purchase and pay for it later.
Once your Afterpay Account has been created you never have to apply again and can continue to reuse it as much as you like.

IS THERE A COST TO USE AFTERPAY?

There are no establishment fees to set up your Afterpay account and no interest charges.
Once you have repaid your balance down to $0, no fees will ever be charged to your account and it will simply remain open waiting for you to use again for additional purchases.

CAN I RETURN AN AFTERPAY ORDER?

Of course. We’ll instruct Afterpay to cancel the relevant payment plan for your returned items. They will refund any payments already made to the card linked to your Afterpay account.
