Win A Year's Supply Of Abrand Jeans

To enter the draw to win one pair of jeans each month for a year, complete the entry form on the Abrand Jeans competition page.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted, each entrant has the ability to gain extra votes to win by sharing their unique entry referral link to invite others to enter. To be credited for a referral, a user must enter using the unique entry referral link and complete at least one action.

The competition is run by Three By One Pty Ptd and commences at 6pm AEST on Thursday 28 May 2020 and concludes at 11.59pm AEST on Thursday 11 June 2020.

The winning entry will be drawn at random by Abrand Jeans at Three By One Pty Ltd, 68-70 Hanover Street, Fitzroy, Victoria 3121, Australia on Friday 12 June 2020. The winner will be notified via email by on this day and the name of the winner will be notified publicly.

If the email address of the winner supplied is invalid, then the winner will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn. If the prize is not claimed by  Monday 15 June 2020 the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and a redraw will be conducted. In this event, no compensation will be given to the original winner. Additional reserve entries will be drawn in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

The first valid entry drawn will win a gift voucher to the value of AU$120 for 12 months consecutively. Total prize value of AU$1,440. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or able to be redeemed for cash.

The name and email address of each entrant will be added to the Abrand Jeans customer database for marketing and communications purposes. By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive further communications from Abrand Jeans. Customers can elect to discontinue communications at any time.

This competition is open to all residents of Australia, New Zealand and United States over the age of 18 years. Directors, management, employees, officers,contractors and their immediate families of Abrand Jeans and Three By One Pty Ltd or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Abrand Jeans will not be responsible for any loss, injury, cost, expense, harm or damage whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of this competition, including without limitation, where it arises from:

theft or fraud;

the unauthorised access to or alteration of entries;

an error, interruption, misdirection, deletion, defect or delay in the transmission of information related to this competition which is beyond the reasonable control;

any third-party interference;

any technical malfunctions or problems with computer equipment or software;

the redemption of gift vouchers; and

participation in this competition generally.

If this competition is not viable or able to be conducted as originally anticipated due to any reason beyond reasonable control, Abrand Jeans may in its absolute discretion alter, suspend or cancel the competition as deemed reasonably appropriate.  In the unlikely event of this occurring, a notice will be posted on the Abrand Jeans website.

By entering into this competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Competition Terms and Conditions along with Abrand Jeans Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
