Wholesale Returns

Please read this form thoroughly to ensure your return complies with our Returns Policy.

You must obtain an RA number from a Three By One representative prior to returning garments.

Your RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package/s.

All security tags must be removed from garments.

Individual boxes are to be no greater than 20kg in weight for safety requirements and must be marked with a heavy lifting caution label if over 8kg in weight.
