I am 5'3 or about 162cm and these were like 4 inches too long, and wayyy too big. My friend who is 5'5 wore them and they were the right length if she wore them high waisted. Definitely not low rise, and definitely not petite or for "customers 5'4" or 163cm and under" as stated. And now I cannot return them...

This style does feature a full length leg of 81cm, and are intended to be long and stack at the ankle, but we totally understand that means they might not be perfect for everyone! We do have our petite range which is 5cm shorter in the leg, and is available in some different washes of our 99 Low Baggy Flare Petite. I'm actually really happy with these! Lovely light blue wash jean, denim quality feels good (not too stiff, which I like). The rise isn't so low its comprimisng, they sit well at the waist (like alot of others). My only "complaint" is that the sizing seems a fair bit larger than other brands, so you'll likely have to size down (1-2 sizes) like I did.
