Peak period fulfilment delays

Please note, due to high order volumes during peak sale periods, your order may take a little longer to ship out. Our dedicated fulfilment teams are working as hard as possible to get your orders on their way to you but we would recommend adding 1-2 business days to the below shipping timeframes. We really appreciate your patience and support.

Dispatch

Orders will usually be dispatched within two business days of confirmation. While we'll do our best to process your order to the above timeframe, delays can be expected during high volume times following public holidays and online events.

All orders are shipped from Abrand Jeans in Australia with SEKO Omniparcel or Australia Post. We will send you a shipment notification with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Once you have received your shipment notification, you can track your order online with the supplied link. 

Our shipping charges do not include any potential import taxes and duties to international locations. Customers are responsible for payment of such charges and Abrand Jeans cannot calculate these prior to delivery.
