Annual stocktake
Please note, our online warehouse is completing their annual stocktake (May 25-28) so there will be some delays in dispatching orders. We really appreciate your patience and support during this time and have automatically upgraded your shipping! Enjoy free express shipping for Australian orders and free standard shipping for international orders. If you have any further questions about your order, please contact our Customer Support team.

Dispatch

Orders will usually be dispatched within two business days of confirmation. While we'll do our best to process your order to the above timeframe, delays can be expected during high volume times following public holidays and online events.

All orders are shipped from Abrand Jeans in Australia with SEKO Omniparcel or Australia Post. We will send you a shipment notification with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. Once you have received your shipment notification, you can track your order online with the supplied link. 

Our shipping charges do not include any potential import taxes and duties to international locations (excl. USA). Customers are responsible for payment of such charges and Abrand Jeans cannot calculate these prior to delivery.
